Every job written down.

Hear a real call

Listen to it answer a burst pipe

An unscripted call to Maple Leaf Plumbing & Heating, a pretend plumbing company. The receptionist is exactly what your customers would hear; the caller is played by an AI voice, and the call is trimmed for length.

  • It says it is an AI

Then finds out what is wrong, in plain, friendly language.

  • It gets the details right

Name, callback number and address, and it reads the number back to check it.

  • It acts on emergencies

It tells the caller what to do safely and alerts the on-call plumber during the call.

  • Your team gets the job

A text and an email with everything they need to call back, seconds after the call.

Hear it answer as your own business

Sign up and set it up with your services and hours, then talk to it from your browser. Your first two test calls are free, before you choose a plan.

Try it with your business

What it does

A front desk that never sends a caller to voicemail

It handles the first conversation, then hands the job to a person. You stay in charge of what it says and what happens next.

Answers and listens

Picks up on your number, introduces itself as an AI assistant, and asks what the caller needs in plain, friendly language.

Gathers the details

Name, callback number, address, what is wrong and how urgent it is. It answers questions using only the services, hours and prices you approved.

Hands off to your team

Creates a lead, and emails or texts the right people. Urgent calls go out immediately, even during quiet hours, and it can transfer to a person when you allow it.

Built to be trusted

It knows what it is not allowed to do

An assistant that makes things up costs you customers. These rules are part of every call and cannot be turned off.

  • Says it is an AI

At the start of every call, and again whenever a caller asks.

  • Sticks to what you approved

If a price, policy or service is not in your settings, it says it does not know and takes a message.

  • Never claims a booking it did not make

It says a visit is booked only when it is on your calendar. Otherwise it records a request your team confirms.

  • Points emergencies to 911

It cannot contact emergency services. It tells callers in danger to call 911, then alerts your team.

  • Does only a short list of things

Look up your information, save a lead, request or book a visit, alert your team, transfer when allowed, end spam calls. Nothing else.

  • Keeps less, by default

No audio recording unless you turn it on. Transcripts are erased on the schedule you choose.

Questions

The things owners ask first

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call and says so again if asked. This cannot be switched off.
What if it does not know the answer?
It says so and offers to take a message. It only states what you have approved — your services, hours, service area, prices you chose to list, and the FAQs you wrote. It does not guess prices, availability or policies.
Can it book appointments?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar and it checks your free times during the call, offers open slots and books the visit straight into your calendar. Without a calendar connected, it takes the caller's preferred time as a request for your team to confirm. Either way it only says a visit is booked when it really is.
What happens in an emergency?
The receptionist cannot contact emergency services and is not a replacement for them. If a caller describes a danger to life or property it tells them to call 911, then alerts your on-call contacts immediately if you have set them up.
Can it transfer a call to me?
On plans that include transfers, yes — to the number you choose, when a caller asks for a person. If the transfer does not connect, it takes a message and alerts your team.
Does it deal with spam and sales calls?
Yes. Robocalls, sales pitches and obvious scams are ended politely, never alert you and never get a text back. When it is unsure, it treats the caller as a customer. You can also block any number in one click.
