The fine print, in plain words
How usage works
- What counts as a minute
- Time the AI spends on a call, rounded to the second and added up over your billing period. Calls that are never answered by the AI do not count.
- If you use all your minutes
- You get an email at 80% and at 100%. After that the AI stops answering until the next period or an upgrade. Callers are forwarded to your fallback number if you set one; otherwise they hear a short notice. You are never billed extra.
- Billing date
- You're charged the day you subscribe and then on the same day every month until you cancel.
- Changing plans
- Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect immediately. An upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the month right away. A downgrade gives no credit for the rest of the month.
- Cancelling
- Cancel in Billing to stop all future charges. You keep service until the end of the period you paid for, your records remain available to export, and your number is held for 30 days so you can port it to another provider.
- Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused minutes, downgrades and cancellations.
- Text alerts
- Texts are sent only to team members who agreed to receive them. If a plan's text allowance runs out, alerts continue by email.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude applicable sales taxes: GST/HST and provincial sales tax in Canada, and state or local sales tax in the US where it applies.
